and he has now, it seems, forged my signature on some strange document. He also told Medicaid he pulled two teeth.  Man, is he that stupid?  It is so easily proven to be false.  Forgery, fraud, identity theft.  He's in it up to his ears.  Besides the fact that he doesn't have two brain cells to rub together when it comes to basic dentistry.  I can't figure out how he even graduated dental school.  Maybe they weren't graduating dentists at DENTISTS 'R US University by merit or competence, but just by who showed up.  The dental police are coming for him fast and furiously.  They know he's lying, so he lies more.
