One day I had an appointment and the incompetent and snarly receptionist "forgot" to tell "Dr." Marshall I was there. She "forgot" to bring my chart back to him, so I sat there with my husband patiently for three hours. Finally my husband, who speaks Spanish, asked the Spanish girl what was going on. She told him she forgot. She never apologized.
When I finally got to see Marshall at 6:10 p.m., he barely spoke, wouldn't listen to my concerns, and had the balls to say to me: "What's wrong?" When I told him that I had been waiting over three hours, this was his low-life response:
"Just because you have an appointment, doesn't mean I'll see you."
Good thing for him my husband has some self-control.
